The Terex TL100 4 wheel drive articulating loader features a 73.5 net horsepower (HP) Deutz BF4M 2011 naturally aspirated, four-cylinder diesel engine. It has a hydrostatic transmission and the operating weight of the machine is 13, 230 pounds (6, 001 kg). An oscillating rear axle, single-pin articulation, articulated steering, and a ROPS/FOPS cab come standard. 

The TL100 has a hydraulic system that delivers fluid at a rate of 19 gallons (71.9 L) at a system pressure of 3, 625 pounds per square inch (PSI) (24, 993.5 kPa).
