We are Maquinaria UCHA, SA de CV, a Family Company founded in 1946 by Rafael Alcaide Langridge and now managed by the third generation. Our clients know us as UCHA and its acronym means Unión Comercial Hispano Americana.

We have more than 70 years of experience distributing cranes and equipment for material handling and offering a Post Sales Service, which guarantees you have access to the maintenance and spare parts necessary for the proper functioning of your investment.

We were born as an innovation solution of the way ships were loaded and unloaded in the port of Veracruz. We started with the introduction of the Skagit Bull Moose brand, known today as pick and carry cranes or duck cranes, to later incorporate forklifts, dock tractors, tractors, platforms, grain movement equipment and other equipment to the ports Veracruz, Coatzacoalcos, Salina Cruz, among others.

UCHA quickly positioned itself as an exclusive distributor of port equipment in Mexico. As a result of the growth of large infrastructure works nationwide, we ventured into the commercialization of the first brands of machinery for loading and handling materials, standing out as the first and most important national crane company, during the second half of the 20th century.
