Based in Moate, Co. Westmeath, Irlequip Ltd was established in 2005. The company specialise in the distribution, sale and service of construction equipment and provide an extensive spare parts range for all related machinery.


A structured phasing period was put in place to ensure the company could maintain high standards, most importantly in service and support. Prior to promoting a new product a market survey is conducted to determine any existing machine population. A cross reference on spare part compatibility on existing and new machines is carried out with the manufacturer and a major parts order is placed prior to marketing the new machines.

The next step is in house training conducted by the manufacturer covering parts, service and troubleshooting. “This approach leads to major investment in parts and machines but we maintain it is the only way to guarantee professional and rapid customer support” says John. “Our goal is to ensure minimum lifetime costs for our customers” he continues. ”To achieve this we begin by becoming actively involved in product selection and from there we offer a fully comprehensive warranty period, competitive part prices and service rates. Finally we assist the customer in achieving the best international residual prices should they wish to replace their equipment.”

Irlequip Ltd employ 12 full time staff at present within sales, service, spare parts and administration. Regular product training both in house and abroad is undertaken meaning the team are always up to date with all product knowledge. This guarantees quality and service for all products supplied.

Founded in the late 1970s, SOME specializes in the sale of supplies and site equipment in the departments of La Loire Atlantique, Vendée, Maine et Loire and Deux Sèvres.

With a family structure, SOME is a subsidiary of SODEM MANUTENTION , based in Ancenis (44) and is part of the TPM group . Partner for several years now with the building companies of the region, we work in close relation with the building sites by guaranteeing a value for money and a service of proximity.
