{"id":9397,"date":"2016-12-23T17:00:07","date_gmt":"2016-12-23T17:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/minutes.machine.market\/?p=9397"},"modified":"2016-12-23T17:00:07","modified_gmt":"2016-12-23T17:00:07","slug":"wheeler-cranes-salvages-trawler-moored-north-of-sydney-with-a-liebherr-ltm-1250-6-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/machine.market\/blog\/wheeler-cranes-salvages-trawler-moored-north-of-sydney-with-a-liebherr-ltm-1250-6-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Wheeler Cranes salvages trawler moored north of Sydney with a Liebherr LTM 1250-6.1"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Jacob Parmax of Salamander Bay, who works at Albatross Marina, Lemon Tree Passage, was able to give some insight into the brief history of the Mark M boat which has recently been brought to Soldiers Point where it has been disassembled.<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe Mark M was initially moored at the Marina around March\/April of this year, it sank not long after we asked the owner to turn off the generator as we were receiving noise complaints from local residents,\u201d Mr Parmax said.<\/p>\n<p>A Roads and Maritime Services spokesperson told News Of The Area, \u201cRoads and Maritime Services arranged for the removal of the 19 metre trawler \u2018Mark M\u2019 after it sank on a commercial mooring off Lemon Tree Passage at Port Stephens on Sunday 20 November.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRoads and Maritime boomed the vessel to contain pollution, deployed a yellow flashing light to alert other vessels to the navigation hazard and contacted the owner to have the trawler removed,\u201d the RMS spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to inaction by the owner, Roads and Maritime arranged for the refloat and removal of the vessel via Soldiers Point boat ramp using a 250 metric ton 6-axle <a href=\"http:\/\/specs.machine.market\/index.php\/2016\/12\/23\/liebherr-ltm-1250-6-1-all-terrain-mobile-crane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Liebherr LTM 1250-6.1<\/a> All Terrain crane supplied by <a href=\"https:\/\/wheelercranes.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wheeler Cranes<\/a> based in Tomago, New South Wales, Australia.
