Board of Management\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Simultaneously, the Board of Spierings Group is strengthened with Ivo Kolman (45), who will support Leo Spierings. With this organization structure, Leo Spierings is able to focus on the technical development and innovation of the unique concepts of Spierings Mobile Cranes. Ivo Kolman will focus on the daily management and the professionalization of the company. \u2018The ambitions are clear and it will be my role to develop the organization and let everybody focus on his core competence\u2019, as Ivo Kolman explains.<\/p>\n The next generation<\/strong><\/p>\n Since a few years is Koos Spierings (33), nephew of founder and owner Leo Spierings, involved in the company. Koos has been active in sales in the Benelux and the UK and he helped to reshape the commercial activities. In the new structure, Koos will be the Commercial Director of Spierings Mobile Cranes and have the responsibility of the sales & marketing of the company. Koos will also join the Board of Management of Spierings Mobile Cranes, together with Leo Spierings and Ivo Kolman.<\/p>\n Spierings looks back at a period of limited growth, but since last year the business is expanding again. The order pipeline is growing substantially and the geografical expansion becomes substantial.
