West of Franklin Street, the Riverwalk room known as <i>Boardwalk<\/i> has been \u201cde-watered\u201d and crews are back-filling with crushed stone. Crews are largely working with concrete, rebar, and wooden forms, though some concrete slabs are in place. Concrete parts of the landscaping are also being installed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loopnorth.com\/\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.loopnorth.com\/image\/2016\/rivwalk_78432-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"Photo by Steven Dahlman\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(Above) Working with rebar and wooden forms between LaSalle and Wells.
