In the 2nd and 3rd picture (Below) you see how the ground slopes towards the direction of the accident. \u00a0Proper training would have prevented this\u00a0tragedy.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A maintenance worker in a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.genielift.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Genie<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.genielift.com\/en\/products\/boom-lifts\/telescopic-booms\/s60x-s65\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">S-65<\/a>\u00a0was killed after the straight boom aerial lift tipped over Monday morning in Laguna Woods Village, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>Rodolfo Velazco, 32, of Lake Elsinore, was killed at about 11:10 a.m. while working at Gate 8 of Laguna Woods Village on Santa Maria Avenue, said Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Larry Kurtz and Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Department Lt. Mark Stichter.<\/p>\n<p>When paramedics arrived, CPR was already being administered, Kurtz said.
