These are the most powerful mobile harbour cranes in the world and able to unload the largest modern container ships available; the\u00a0Post-Panamax vessels.<\/p>\n<p>The two <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liebherr.com\/en\/deu\/products\/maritime-cranes\/port-equipment\/mobile-harbour-crane\/details\/lhm800.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LHM 800<\/a> cranes &#8211; each of which weigh 490 tonnes and measure 57.4 m high &#8211; have been extended in order to unload large post-<strong>Panamax\u00a0<\/strong>container ships.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heavyliftpfi.com\/news\/jumbo-loads-crane-giants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Heavy Lift PFI<\/a>, both of the mobile harbour cranes are destined for delivery to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montecon.com.uy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Montecon<\/a>, operator of the Uruguayan <strong>Port of Montevideo<\/strong>.
