<\/p>\nOn the morning of April 11 (local time), the grand Bauma 2016 kicked off in Munich, known as \u201cnew economic center\u201d of Germany. Zoomlion, with a theme \u201cBuild for Sustainable Better Lives\u201d at Booth FS.905\/2, exhibited 38 varieties of star products in six major categories \u2013concrete machinery, tower crane, construction crane, construction elevators, dry mixed mortar equipment and forklift. Just on the very day of the opening ceremony, Zoomlion won from P&J Acromet, the exclusive agent of tower cranes in North America, a big order of T8030-25 tower cranes worth 30 million Yuan (US$4.7 million), making a good start.<\/p>\n

Under a clear blue sky, the new coated Zoomlion products in \u201cAurora Green, Gravel Grey and Cosmic Cobalt Gray\u201d appeared especially dazzling. These exhibits with new visual design and bright colors attracted large numbers of customers to appreciate and inquire about them.<\/p>\n
The exhibition space of Zoomlion is 3,840 square meters, and the layout and design concept of its booth fully convey its concept of \u201cgreen and intelligent manufacture” and demonstrate its overseas strategy of \u201cfocus, integration and localization\u201d<\/p>\n
Vice President Su Yongzhuan stated in his opening address that Zoomlion is devoted to integration and innovation of products. \u201cCreation is of overriding importance in our product research and development and is the origin of our cause. We have continuously meet customer demands and create values for our clients through concrete technological innovation,\u201d said he.<\/p>\n

Zoomlion\u2019s vice presidents Mr. Xiong Yanming, Mr. Su Yongzhuan and Mr. He Wenjin and supervisor Mr. Liu Quan, and P&J Acromet\u2019s President Mr. Stephen Jehle attended the activities of Zoomlion that day.<\/p><\/div>\n
All the exhibits of Zoomlion highlight its features of originality, integration and innovations in terms of product performance, technological innovation and appearance and fully satisfy European customers’ needs.<\/p>\n
One of them is K45H concrete pump truck which adopts the carbon fiber technology initiated by CIFA. It has a 5-section distributor boom. The last two sections of the boom are made of carbon fiber, much lighter and durable than steel. Therefore, it can be installed on small truck; and the two combined will weigh less than 32 tons. The total height will approach 45 meters when the distributor boom is in a vertical position.
\nAs the exclusive plug-in hybrid concrete mixer in the world, the green hybrid mixer in the ENERGYA series is powered by both electricity and diesel oil, practical and efficient. Its motor drive system can lower energy consumption by 30 percent, and effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions and noise pollution.<\/p>\n
At a corner of the exhibition area, seven Zoomlion forklifts look simple and bright. One of them is FB25H. Its counterweight and side cover feature plump and dynamic design and a 12\u00b0 belt line dividing the counter weight into upper and lower layers, with the \u201cZOOMLION\u201d mark on the upper layer. In addition, two vertical ridge lines make it look slim, and its belt line transits smoothly to the lower section of the side cover. The Aurora green coating adds dynamic feeling to the whole vehicle.<\/p>\n
The ZTF600 truck crane debuting at this exhibition is a \u201cstrategic fruit\u201d of cooperation between Zoomlion and MAZ Group, a world-famous commercial chassis enterprise. It adopts variable main pump with high volumetric efficiency, which supplies power according to the actual needs, efficient and energy saving. The hydraulic system\u2019s heat is greatly reduced. The key components and parts have passed over ten thousand reliable tests before leaving the factory; the whole vehicle boasts efficient, smooth operation and handling performance. It has security monitoring devices such as torque limit and condition monitoring as well as automatic mode of action.<\/p>\n
Also exhibited is the ZR2032F series of construction elevators jointly developed by Zoomlion and Raxtar, a Netherlandish lift company acquired by the former in 2014. These products are mainly used for the construction and interior and exterior finishes of high-rise buildings and the construction and maintenance of bridges and chimneys and so on. They boast efficient and energy-saving drive system, , smart version HLC, elite console, remote management system, frequency conversion control and automatic leveling, thus being energy efficient, safe and reliable.<\/p>\n
Another exhibit is T8030-25 flat-top tower crane. It is an efficient and intelligent product specially developed by Zoomlion for high-end market, with supreme lifting capacity and work efficiency. With the maximum hoisting capacity of 25 tons, it has a wide range of choices in boom length from 40 to 80 meters. It is equipped with smart fault diagnosis system which facilitates maintenance, stable and safe frequency conversion control in lifting and luffing, and rapid and steady HVV control in gyration. The whole tower body is linked with pin rolls with reasonable stress, thus being more secure and stable. It features smooth installation and easy daily maintenance.<\/p>\n
The sub-brands of Zoomlion \u2013 CIFA, M-TEC and RAXTAR \u2013 all have their products exhibited this time.
