Energy Voice<\/a> reports the Clair Ridge development<\/a> will have the capability to produce an estimated 640 million barrels of oil over a 40 year period, with peak production expected to be up to 120,000 barrels of oil per day.<\/p>\n

ConocoPhillips<\/a>, Chevron<\/a> and Shell<\/a> are all co-partners in the development.<\/p>\n

In the past week, five modules have been installed, including the drilling production east module, drilling production west module, compression module, drilling equipment set and the drilling support module.<\/p>\n

The drilling production east module arrived on the Dockwise HLS Triumph and was installed by the Hereema Thialf heavy lift crane vessel. DPEM is the largest of all modules making up the DP platform, weighing 8,973te. It was deemed a \u2018dry hook load\u2019.<\/p>\n

T drilling production west module arrived on the Dockwise HLS Talisman. It\u2019s \u2018dry hook load\u2019 estimated weight was 8,548te.<\/p>\n

The Clair Ridge field stretches from Aberdeen to Portlethen, approximately 14km. Parts of the Clair reservoir are very thick in places, up to 500m or 1 \u00bd Eiffel Towers.<\/p>\n
