Fluor was also responsible for procurement, construction management and commissioning for the freshwater pumping\/piping system,the waste water treatment plant, tailing starter dam and the tailing handling\/distribution and reclaim water recovery systems that were designed by others. They quickly identified and addressed key barriers to productivity and began implementing systems that streamlined logistics and increased the project\u2019s overall efficiency. Through the simple inclusion of a work glove program for employees, WCS was able to drop the number of daily incident reports drastically.
