The accident remains under investigation by PATCO.<\/p>\n<p>PATCO spokesman Mike Williams said transit line officials decided to return service to the normal schedule shortly before 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>He said the crane was righted about 3 p.m. but had yet to be removed from the track. A crew had been attempting to lift the toppled knuckle boom loader off the track since early\u00a0Monday. The crane is used to lift track and ties.<\/p>\n<p>Two workers were taken to a hospital, but a PATCO spokesman said he believes it was only a precautionary move and they may not have suffered injuries.
