Antoniuk has been appointed\u00a0vice president and chief financial officer of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manitowoccranes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manitowoc<\/a> Company,\u00a0effective May 31.<\/p>\n<p>Antoniuk\u00a0started with KPMG in 1979, holding positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career, and was vice president and corporate controller at Gardner Denver prior to Colorcon. He\u00a0began his career at KPMG after earning a bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration from Seton Hall University.\u00a0Antoniuk joins Manitowoc from Colorcon, Inc., where he served as vice president and chief financial officer.<\/p>\n<p>The company also announced Carl J. Laurino has resigned as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective May 31, to pursue other opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Laurino will continue with the company until the end of June to ensure an orderly transition throughout the accounting, treasury and information systems organizations, a press release stated.<\/p>\n<p>Laurino\u00a0had been with the company for the past 16 years. He was a driving force in the split of the organization into two publicly-held companies.<\/p>\n<p>Company officials announced in February the company&#8217;s board of directors had given its approval to spin off the Foodservice segment, which\u00a0became Manitowoc Foodservice and now operates as an independent company.
