The\u00a0<\/strong><strong>bridge was positioned on the route between Park &amp; Ride Hoogkerk and Central in Groningen (the Netherlands).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The temporary modular bridge consists of several components. Eight of these parts (measuring 32 meters long, 3,5 meters wide and weighing 45 tonnes each), were transported from Kolham to their final location: the Paterswoldseweg in Groningen. During the operation, the Paterswoldseweg was blocked for traffic.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"component-imageuitlijning align-right\"><a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wagenborg.com\/uploads\/fancybox\/1aa258f1-9739-4c5f-a360-8a834662063c\/2838226934.jpg\" rel=\"group\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wagenborg.com\/uploads\/imageuitlijning\/1aa258f1-9739-4c5f-a360-8a834662063c\/2841689277\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"component-imageuitlijning align-left\"><a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wagenborg.com\/uploads\/fancybox\/0421c812-25b6-4518-8a3b-6c1a8e3f873f\/2838227034.jpg\" rel=\"group\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.wagenborg.com\/uploads\/imageuitlijning\/0421c812-25b6-4518-8a3b-6c1a8e3f873f\/2841689377\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<div id=\"alinea-7999\" class=\"clearfix alinea\">\n<p><em>On Sunday, 1<sup>st<\/sup> of May, 2016 the last part of the bridge was placed. As from Monday, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> of May, the bus route is open for busses.
