Reading the technical sheet, one gets a real sense of how committed Hinowa\u2019s research and development team is to ensuring that the new LightLift 15.70 remains the preferred platform for hire companies across Europe.<\/p>\n

Firstly there is its articulated structure, which is constructed from high resistance steel and utilizes a pantograph system allowing a constant elevation of 10 metres flush up to the wall and a maximum working height of 15.4 metres. Then there is its PERFORMANCE class Jib which offers a uniform capacity of 230 kilograms throughout the whole working area of the machine. There is no variation to maximum weight depending on the position of the basket, on the working height and on the extension of the arms, with a constant horizontal working outreach of 6.6 metres. In this way it is possible to work at all heights with two operators and the necessary equipment inside the basket.<\/p>\n

It offers greater performance but it is also more compact compared to the previous model: the stabilization area is reduced by 8% thus measuring 2.8×2.8 metres. Overall dimensions in running conditions are also drastically reduced: without the basket the new LightLift 15.70 measures only 3.4 metres in length (47 centimetres less than the Goldlift 14.70 IIIS), whilst its height of less than two metres allows the machine easy passage through all standard size civil and industrial doorways. Thanks to these compact dimensions and the availability of specific accessories, such as the white tracks, the LightLift 15.70 is particularly suited to working in enclosed spaces such as churches, museums and in exposition and commercial areas with high ceilings.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the use of high quality components and of innovative design traits such as grease-free fiberglass bushings, this machine is able to reach the highest levels of reliability within the industry. In terms of engines Hinowa offers as standard two dual-energy options for the new LightLift 15.70. In terms of combustion engine both the 390 cc, 11.7 SAE HP Honda petrol unit with automatic revolution speed control and the 10 SAE HP Hatz diesel engine with automatic accelerator ensure efficiency, reliability, low fuel consumption and reduced emissions. Both power units are connected to an electric motor which is compatible with a 110 and a 220 Volt power supply. The LithiumIon version is instead equipped with a 36 Volt and 100 Amp\/hour lithium battery pack, with a plug-in fast charging system (80% in two hours). This unit substitutes both the combustion engine and the electric motor and allows working without a connection to a mains power supply. This means that the new LightLift 15.70 is able to achieve unparalleled results in terms of operational versatility, low sound emissions, environmental impact and autonomy. Hinowa has played a pioneering role in the field of autonomous lithium-ion power supplies – it began introducing it on its machines back in 2008, long before it became the standard adopted by the major European manufacturers, as it is today.<\/p>\n

The handling and the operation control of the machine are both simple and immediate, thanks to the Hinowa\u2019s tested IIIS system. The control panel provides one button for stabilization, one for destabilization and a joystick for the movement of the aerial mechanics. Operator instructions are communicated through an easy-to-read display. In addition, the new LightLift 15.70 is equipped with the RAHM control and diagnostic system, which offers strong advantages in two regards. Firstly, in terms of increased security, as it allows the machine to be located at all times thanks to an on-board GPS device. Secondly, from a maintenance perspective, since it allows the Hinowa service team to carry out diagnostic procedures and software updates remotely.<\/p>\n
