{"id":1371,"date":"2016-04-24T16:14:12","date_gmt":"2016-04-24T16:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/minutes.machine.market\/?p=1371"},"modified":"2016-04-24T16:14:12","modified_gmt":"2016-04-24T16:14:12","slug":"new-maeda-mk1033cw-1and-bocker-boom-truck-set-to-give-uk-firm-a-huge-lift","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/machine.market\/blog\/new-maeda-mk1033cw-1and-bocker-boom-truck-set-to-give-uk-firm-a-huge-lift\/","title":{"rendered":"New Maeda MK1033CW-1 and Bocker Boom Truck set to give UK firm a huge lift"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kran.maedaminicranes.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KRANLYFT<\/a>\u00a0arrived at ScotPlant and exhibited the Bocker aluminium boomed truck and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.boecker-group.com\/en\/products\/alu-truck-cranes-alu-trailer-cranes\/trailer-cranes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trailer cranes<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maedausa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maeda mini cranes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The firm said it\u2019s the first time Bocker cranes have been exhibited in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s2-HawLFVGU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>There were seven different cranes on the stand, including the newest model in the Maeda mini crane range \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maesei.co.jp\/english\/mk1033cw.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MK1033CW-1<\/a>, described as being unique in the range due to it being a knuckle boom type crane.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kran.maedaminicranes.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kranlyft<\/a> said, \u201cThe addition of this new crane enables Kranlyft and Maeda to become an even greater force in the growing glass-handling market, petrochemical industry, and many other projects where the use of a hydraulic jib is required such as maintenance inside factories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe new crane is a narrow aisle, operator-controlled crane like the rest of the MC range, but with the advantage of a hydraulic 6 section luffing boom and jib. This gives the crane a serious \u201cup and over\u201d capacity, making it easier to perform many tasks such as installing glass in window frames, lifting over pipes in narrow spaces and placing Dormers and Velux units on top of roofs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe MK1033CW-1 is still narrow enough to fit through a standard doorway, being 75cm wide and less than 2m high. The overall length is 2.73m and it weighs 2.09kg in order to fit in construction elevators.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe small knuckle boom has a maximum capacity of 0.995t,\u00a0 maximum working height of 1.3m and maximum working radius of 9.9m, making this is a truly versatile machine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe basic model has a diesel engine and comes with a fixed crane hook on the end of the boom to reduce the distance between the top of the boom and the hook, again very important for work in confined spaces such as indoor glass-mounting or working under roof extensions. There is an optional winch available to make the crane as flexible as possible for different types of jobs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdditional options available are Petrol, Petrol\/LPG engines, or 380-400 volt electric motor, as well as advanced options to the display such as GPS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMulti outrigger positions make the crane even more flexible.
