Kramer<\/a> was honored with the Bauma innovation award in the machine category for its 5055e<\/a> \u2013 the first fully-electric, all-wheel-steered wheel loader.<\/div>\n

“We are delighted that the new Kramer electric wheel loader won its first award just after it was introduced onto the market. The Bauma innovation award is a prestigious award and recognizes our development work. We are certain that this product will make an important contribution to conserving resources and increasing efficiency for our customers”, says Karl Friedrich Hauri, director of Kramer.<\/p>\n

With 43% of the votes, Kramer prevailed over the other nominees and thus received the award in the “machine” category. The innovation award is given in five categories: Machine, Component, Building\/Building Methods, Research, and Design. The jury reached a decision and honored the winner at the Allerheiligen-Hofkirche in Munich on April 10th.<\/p>\n

CO2 emissions, noise, and soot particles from diesel engines are a thing of the past – the Kramer 5055e is the first all-wheel-steered fully-electric wheel loader. The new cost-efficient and emission-free electric drive enables work in buildings and noise-sensitive areas.
