They are multi purpose vehicles with a heavy 9-ton front axle and a dual\u00a0trailing axle.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11892 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cranemarket.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Peinemann.gif\" alt=\"Peinemann\" width=\"406\" height=\"148\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The powertrain consists of a 12.9-liter 462 hp engine with a maximum torque of 2,300 Nm at 1000-1450 rpm, automatic ZF 12-speed gearbox, and a new single reduction drive axle. This new engine is equipped with common rail fuel injection, a variable geometry turbocharger, exhaust gas recirculation and ingenious exhaust after treatment to meet the stringent Euro 6 emission requirements.<\/p>\n<p>To generate sufficient braking performance in heavy transport up to 72 tons , the DAF&#8217;s features the MX Engine Brake with a maximum braking power of 360 kW.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, two new XF Euro 6 DAF tractors, were delivered to Peinemann.
