The builder received permits for an amazing 270 stories across eight projects, with by far the largest being the <a href=\"http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/2014\/12\/24\/the-super-sized-real-estate-projects-of-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Related Companies\u2019 30 Hudson Yards<\/a>, also known as 500 West 33rd Street. Brookfield Properties\u2019 One Manhattan West at 401 Ninth Avenue also featured prominently among Tishman\u2019s 2015 projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lend Lease Construction \u2013 2,572,569 square feet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-801017 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/s14.therealdeal.com\/trd\/up\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM-300x56.png 300w, http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM-124x23.png 124w, http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM-80x15.png 80w, http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM-140x26.png 140w, http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM-144x27.png 144w, http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM-379x71.png 379w, http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-18-at-5.38.10-PM.png 556w\" alt=\"\" width=\"556\" height=\"104\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lend Lease US, the American division of the global construction firm headquartered in Australia, received permits for four projects in 2015, but the two that counted were both luxury condominium projects for Gary Barnett\u2019s Extell Development. They were dominated by Tishman Speyer and H&amp;R Real Estate Investment Trust\u2019s huge <a href=\"http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/2015\/12\/10\/tishman-speyer-hr-receive-640m-loan-for-lic-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">three-building residential complex in Long Island City<\/a>. That project was projected to cost $875 million.
