A Link-Belt 150-ton (136.08 mt) 238 HSL lattice crawler crane lifts a 95,000 lb. (43 091 kg), 103 ft. (31.3 m) long bulb-tee concrete girder into place, 70 ft. (21.3 m) above Sugar Creek in northwestern Pennsylvania.
In order to place the last five concrete girders to complete a 600 ft. span on Route 322, Mekis Construction connected a grated bridge across the creek to a specialty platform since space constraints restricted the use of a tandem lift.
