The crane is leaning on power lines just north of the intersection of West Hall of Fame and West Virginia avenues, officials said.
The crane was in the area to help with a road-rebuilding project just west of Boren Veterinary Medical Hospital on Oklahoma State’s campus when it collapsed onto the lines, officials said.
Power outages have been reported on the central, west and south sides of Stillwater, officials said. The extent of the outage is not known.
