Tower crane tips over in Germany

Hoffman Auto Crane in Germany came to the rescue to lift a tipped over tower crane.  The small tower crane with a height of around 15 meters (50 ft.) and a 18 meter (59 ft.) boom plunged and fell onto a residential building.
